The CHANCE Program aims to assist incoming freshman, transfer and currently enrolled students make their transition to UIC by providing an arena that focuses on academic preparation, study habits and skills, motivation, coping strategies, and more. All factors involved in CLC are devoted to helping the student become independent, confident and ready to take their rightful place in society after graduation.
