COE alum Caryn Bills has been named the new Associate Chancellor for UIC.

In this role, her duties include executive-level advisory and planning support, overseeing strategic projects, and conducting research and preparing special reports. She also will serve as the UIC liaison to the Office of the Board of Trustees and with all levels of University administration, faculty, staff and departments.
