Youth Development, MEd Application

All applicants are required to upload their documents and academic credentials electronically to satisfy both program-specific requirements and admission/institutional requirements. Please visit the Graduate Admissions website for more details on the document upload process:

The following documents must be completed online or uploaded to Admissions:
  1. The UIC Graduate Application

  2. The application fee

  3. Transcripts
    Upload undergraduate transcripts for your last 60 hours of the undergraduae degree and all graduate transcripts.

  4. TOEFL or IELTS test scores (for International Applicants only)

  5. College of Education M.Ed. application

  6. 3 letters of recommendation
    These letters should address the applicant's academic qualifications, research ability/experience and ability to carry on advanced degree studies. Letters may be from current or former professors or supervisors.

  7. Personal statement
    This statement should discuss your professional goals and overall goals for the program.
